Return Policy

Any package delivered to our facility without a valid Return Authorization Number will be REFUSED.

Return Eligibility

Items that have been assembled or used are not eligible for returns.

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Your item must be in its original unopened condition to be returned.

The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping & handling charges.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.

We do not refund the original fees we incurred for shipping on orders that received "Free Shipping" or any other shipping charges.

Obtaining a Return Materials Authorization(RMA) Number

A valid proof of purchase must be provided before an RMA number will be issued.

Warranty & Return of virtual products

If you’ve purchased the false or one more DLC / vRP-Pack than needed, please contact the customer service within 14 days. If the code is already in use, we cannot give you a monetary refund.
